The Klangsalon bestseller since 2009: This rock band team-building activity is more than just a team booster – it's an experience your participants will remember for a lifetime! Authentic. Energetic. Exhilarating.
SCHEDULE ROCK BAND POWER TEAM EVENT:
1. Joint team tuning in with instruments and valuable business insights.
2. Dividing the participants into 3 instrument groups: In the instrument crash course, the participants learn their part on real band instruments such as electric guitar, drums, keyboard; the singers can prove their talent at the microphone.
3. The groups are brought together for the final and perform a well-known rock medley as a team - guided by 3 music coaches.
4. Finally, the proud team receives a rock band certificate and, in the feedback session, develops the learnings from the music workshop for the operational activities in their company.

SOUND MISSION: MUSICAL TEAM RALLY WITH AI
Our newest format, KLANGMISSION, is a interactive musical rally for companies that combine genuine teamwork, creativity and modern technologies.
SOUND MISSION PROCESS:
Teams experience 3 stations
- Melodies Mission: Collaboration on the instrument
- Rhythm Challenge with percussion
- Create a corporate sound with AINo prior knowledge required - access and tools are provided!
Finally, the teams present their results in a final round. Each team receives a SoundMission certificate – and perhaps the title of "Sound Champion".

SCHEDULE OF THE MOOD WORKSHOP
1. Voice training:
- Relaxation exercises for body and voice

Customer story: Why we coached 450 employees of an IT company to become a power rock band
Moving in unison: Why 450 employees of an IT company become a rock band in just 1 hour
““We are looking for an exceptional format to achieve something great together,” was the briefing from the project managers at kubus IT when they contacted Klangsalon in the fall of 2015.

In March 2016, an information event for 450 employees of the AOK IT service provider was scheduled to take place. The stated goal of the organizers and management was to engage innovative service providers for the planned employee event who would break new ground.
Making the impossible possible together
Under the motto "kubus IT in sync," a diverse program was developed. Location: The Dolce Hotel in Munich. Our tasks: Conceptualization and execution of the music workshops with the involvement of management, jingle composition, and backline provision for 450 participants..
Sound Salon Music Workshop with Sporty Timing
The timeframe for the Klangsalon part was ambitious: After a joint musical warm-up moderated by one of us, 3 groups were formed, each participating in 3 one-hour workshops: “IT security with a twist”, led by IT comedian Tobias Schrödel; “Motivate yourself, otherwise nobody will”, led by motivational speaker Nicola Fritze; and “kubus IT in sync”, led by the four dynamic Klangsalon music trainers.
Rock band in 1 hour: Team building without prior musical knowledge
Only one hour to perform a rock medley with 150 participants? The project worked, of course, because we had the many
Electric guitars and keyboards were prepared so that even beginners could easily play along "by color instead of notes".

Finally, the entire team rocked out to "Ein Hoch auf uns" by Andreas Bourani, "Tage wie diese" by Die Toten Hosen, and "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple. kubus IT managing director André Rentsch was on keyboard.
An impressive interplay of sounds that neither the participants nor we Klangsalon coaches will forget anytime soon.
