Piano taster course for children aged 5 and up: Learn to play the piano in small groups

In small groups, children and teenagers between the ages of 5 and 12 will learn popular piano songs on the piano or keyboard. No prior knowledge is required. A piano or keyboard is available for each child at our location at Bonner Straße 233 in Solingen Ohligs/Auf der Höhe/Langenfeld Wiescheid.

Learn to play well-known piano pieces with both hands in this intensive 1.5-hour course for adults: everyone knows "Jingle Bells" and "Ode to Joy," and no prior knowledge is required. Fun, a sense of accomplishment, and a boost in your endorphin levels are guaranteed! Sabine Charlotte Langen, the owner and founder of Klangsalon (pictured in front), published her ingeniously simple book "PLAYING PIANO SUPER EASY: COLORS INSTEAD OF NOTES" in 2014.

Sabine's idea has since captivated not only children and adults. The sound salon method "PLAYING PIANO MADE SUPER EASY: COLORS INSTEAD OF NOTES" is also used by educators, caregivers, and nursing staff. to enhance the joy of life for people with Alzheimer's or dementia through music.

Our concept for beginnersThose without prior knowledge of musical notation begin with us using "colors instead of notes" and, after about 10 hours, are playing familiar melodies with both their right and left hands. Following these initial successes, learning to read music, simple piano pieces, rhythm, ear training, and music theory becomes effortless.
